<p>Hey Everyone it’s Susan Moss here, and it’s time for another Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day.</p>
<p>So I have a question for you? What do you do every day to make sure you get in some time for self development? Do you keep a book handy, that you can pull out and read a few pages when no one is around? I mean if you have to keep it in the bathroom, you know you can get a few minutes in there. Do you keep CD’s in your car, so when you are driving you can pop one in and turn it on, during that commute or taking the kids back and forth from who knows where? How about on your iPhone or Smartphone? Do you have Audiobooks so when you have a few minutes you can turn it on and take a listen? You see one of the most important things you can do for yourself is to make sure you keep growing as an individual and as a leader, and finding the time to read and listen more will help you get there.</p>
<p>So todays tip of the day is find time everyday to develop yourself. Instead of saying you just don’t have time, take a few of my suggestions, and get yourself going. You will be surprised how it ends up affecting everything in your life.</p>

Sleep affects everything in your waking life, from trying to concentrate on a project to being able to go out and start moving.  This isn’t just about losing weight; this is about your life.  Without enough sleep it is harder to do everything.</p>

<p>Hi Everyone, its Susan Moss here and it’s time for another Susan’s Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day.</p>
<p>A few weeks ago, I was listening to Brian Tracy while out on a walk, (always a good time to get in some self development) and he was saying that you need to visualize your goals.  He said, the more specific you can be, the better.  Really see every detail of what you want.   And so as I was listening to this, I started visualizing what I wanted to achieve by the Yoli Vision Leadership Conference, just 2 and a half weeks later.  And I pictured it, and I thought about it, a lot of the time. And I started working to put things in motion to make it happen.  Instead of doubing that I could do it, I believed it, and I saw it as clear as day.</p>
<p>And you know what?  It worked, I did it, I did make 5 star gold, and I did make it up on stage and I got to speak, and it helped me realize this is just the beginning, I can do anything, and so can you! And I want to help you get there.</p>

This helps guarantee that you mix it up, and don’t get bored or stuck feeling like you are dieting.</p>
<p>Have a mini omelet for your mid morning snack.  Have a piece of poached salmon or grill up a chicken thigh for your late afternoon snack.  Change it up, keep it interesting, and you will see how easy it really is to be on the Yoli Better Body Transoformation Challenge. I will be posting some other ideas and recipes in other posts and videos so always check back here.</p>

<p>Hi Everyone, it’s Susan Moss and its time for another Susan’s Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day. Today’s tip is about helping keep you motivated.</p>
<p>Have you ever tried to do something, and because you were afraid you might not succeed you didn’t tell anyone? What was the result? I know for me, most likely I didn’t succeed, as a matter of fact, I probably failed.</p>
<p>Now when I tell someone I am going to do something specific, I get it done! I like to live up to my word, and prove to both myself and whoever I have told that I can do it. So today’s Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day is:</p>
<p>Tell people around you what you are doing to help keep you motivated. If you have told other people what you are doing, you are more likely to stick with it. So let people know you are on the Yoli Better Body Transformation Challenge, and what some of your specific goals are, you’d be surprised by how motivated this will keep you.</p>

<p>Hi everyone, its Susan Moss, and its time for Susan’s Yoli Better Body Tip of the day.</p>
<p>Today I decided that I should give you a practical tip that you can use on those days where you are eating a lot of veggies with your protein.  So I am going to teach you how to make cold gazpacho soup.  Gazpacho is great because it fills you up, and only gets better after a few days in the fridge.  And best of all you will be using only good low carb vegetables in making it.</p>
<p>So lets get started.  There are two ways to make gazpacho, today I am going to be showing you how to make it in the blender, which is almost a puree, that you can then add chopped veggie to later.  Keep in mind if you don’t have a blender you can make a similar version to this, but it will be a chunky style gazpacho instead.</p>
<p>Today we are going to be using 7 simple ingredients total.  ½ a yellow pepper, ½ an orange pepper, a quarter of an onion, ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/3 cup red wine vinegar, tomato juice (or water if you prefer) and I use a box of fresh Italian tomatoes, where as you see on the box tomatoes are the only ingredient listed, or of course you can use fresh tomatoes as well.</p>
<p>Simply put all the ingredients in the blender.  If you are not using a vita-mix, make sure to start with the tomatoes and some liquid, and cut up your vegetables a bit finer so you don’t burn out your motor, and if it gets too think along the way, add more liquid.  Turn it on, and within a minute of two you have home made gazpacho.</p>

<p>Webinars do you get on them?  Do you make sure that you listen to the Corporate Webinar every week.  Do you make sure your team does the same?  Why you ask? For one reason, remember this is a business based on duplicability, and what better way to make sure you are saying and doing the right things, than to hear them from the Founders and Leaders themselves on a constant and regular basis.  Another reason is everyone needs to keep connected!  In a business where it is so easy to get secluded and feeling all alone, we must plug in every chance we get, (this is called <em>Network Marketing </em>for a reason,)  and stay moving in forward action.  Training is another major reason to make sure you are not missing these calls.  Team calls provide specific information and are geared towards each team’s players and goals, if you are not attending these calls you are missing a big part of your team participation!  So if you are not already attending these events here are a few suggestions to help make sure you get yourself moving forward, remember progress not perfection.  After all aren’t we all trying to fail our way to the top?</p>
