<p>Hey Everyone it’s Susan Moss here, and it’s time for another Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day.</p>
<p>So I have a question for you? What do you do every day to make sure you get in some time for self development? Do you keep a book handy, that you can pull out and read a few pages when no one is around? I mean if you have to keep it in the bathroom, you know you can get a few minutes in there. Do you keep CD’s in your car, so when you are driving you can pop one in and turn it on, during that commute or taking the kids back and forth from who knows where? How about on your iPhone or Smartphone? Do you have Audiobooks so when you have a few minutes you can turn it on and take a listen? You see one of the most important things you can do for yourself is to make sure you keep growing as an individual and as a leader, and finding the time to read and listen more will help you get there.</p>
<p>So todays tip of the day is find time everyday to develop yourself. Instead of saying you just don’t have time, take a few of my suggestions, and get yourself going. You will be surprised how it ends up affecting everything in your life.</p>

Hey Everyone, it&#8217;s Susan Moss here and it&#8217;s time for Susan’s Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day. Are you someone who is hung up on the numbers? I know how easy to fall into that trap. How many pounds did I lose? What did I weigh today? What is my goal weight. But in Today’s Tip of the Day, I want to remind you that the Better Body System is not a weight loss program, It is a fat loss program. At the end of the day it is what you look like and how your cloths fit that really counts. So if you aren’t at the number you want to get at yet, don’t worry, it will happen, but in the meantime, take your measurements, look at how your cloths fit, and really pay attention to your body as a whole, because I can promise you on the Better Body System, you are gonna be looking and feeling great.<br />

<p>The reason I am in bed, is because todays tip has to do with sleeping.  That’s right, sleeping.  You need to get enough sleep on a daily basis.  Sleep is essential to your body functioning properly, both on the outside and on the inside.  Sleep affects everything in your waking life, from trying to concentrate on a project to being able to go out and start moving.  This isn’t just about losing weight; this is about your life.  Without enough sleep it is harder to do everything.</p>

<p>Hi Everyone, its Susan Moss here and it’s time for another Susan’s Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day.</p>
<p>A few weeks ago, I was listening to Brian Tracy while out on a walk, (always a good time to get in some self development) and he was saying that you need to visualize your goals.  He said, the more specific you can be, the better.  Really see every detail of what you want.   And so as I was listening to this, I started visualizing what I wanted to achieve by the Yoli Vision Leadership Conference, just 2 and a half weeks later.  And I pictured it, and I thought about it, a lot of the time. And I started working to put things in motion to make it happen.  Instead of doubing that I could do it, I believed it, and I saw it as clear as day.</p>
<p>And you know what?  It worked, I did it, I did make 5 star gold, and I did make it up on stage and I got to speak, and it helped me realize this is just the beginning, I can do anything, and so can you! And I want to help you get there.</p>

<p>Hi Everybody, it’s Susan Moss here, time for another Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day.  I am here at the Ultimate Women’s Expo at the LA Convention Center.  Our team has a booth set up here, and we were here working all day long yesterday, and expect to be here all day long again today.  As I looked around yesterday, I realized that 4 members of our team are all currently doing the Yoli Better Body Transformation Challenge, and thought about how great it was to have a team that not only I support, but that supports me in weight loss goals aswell.  So that brings me to todays tip of the day.  Get someone to join you in your journey towards a better body, get two, get three (which I hear after launch will also get you your free) and you too will have a team that not only you  support, but that supports you too. Your chances of success increase exponentially with a team behind you.</p>

<p>Webinars do you get on them?  Do you make sure that you listen to the Corporate Webinar every week.  Do you make sure your team does the same?  Why you ask? For one reason, remember this is a business based on duplicability, and what better way to make sure you are saying and doing the right things, than to hear them from the Founders and Leaders themselves on a constant and regular basis.  Another reason is everyone needs to keep connected!  In a business where it is so easy to get secluded and feeling all alone, we must plug in every chance we get, (this is called <em>Network Marketing </em>for a reason,)  and stay moving in forward action.  Training is another major reason to make sure you are not missing these calls.  Team calls provide specific information and are geared towards each team’s players and goals, if you are not attending these calls you are missing a big part of your team participation!  So if you are not already attending these events here are a few suggestions to help make sure you get yourself moving forward, remember progress not perfection.  After all aren’t we all trying to fail our way to the top?</p>

<p>Remember this is one of the most basic and fundamental ways to start getting yourself moving in the right direction.</p>

<input id="jsProxy" onclick="jsCall();" type="hidden" /> Is there something you really want to do, and even though you take steps to get it done, no progress ever really seems to be made?  Are you setting yourself up to fail, putting roadblocks in your own way?</p>
<p>Let me start with the example of losing weight and getting in shape, to really explain what I am talking about.  Recently, I was talking with a friend of mine who said she really wanted to get into shape, and that she was going to join a gym.  Now gyms are a great place, but not always for starting out.  My question to my friend was do you have the time commitment it is going to take to go to the gym? Because, belonging to a gym, and actually having the time to get in your car, drive to the gym, change your cloths, work out, shower, dress, and drive home are two different things.  Was she setting herself up to fail?</p>
<p>When you are starting out, and looking to set goals for yourself, you have to make sure that you are not putting up your own roadblocks along the way.  My suggestion, instead of joining a gym, isn’t there something much easier for you to do, right around your house?  For me, I live at the bottom of a great hiking area, for others, it could be a nice walking district, a running track close by, something that doesn’t take any effort to get to.  Once you get started, if you think you need the gym, then by all means join, but remember, the easier it is to do, the more likely you are going to stick with it!</p>
<p>When having a similar conversation with another friend of mine I heard, “I’m going to start working out an hour a day, every morning.”  This is just another way to set your self up to fail.  An hour is a long time, start slowly.  I suggest never plan to do anything that takes more than 30 minutes; after all, we can do anything, if it’s only half an hour!!  If you are worried about not getting enough exercise, then do another 30 minutes at another time of the day.  And as an added bonus, they say your body responds better by breaking up a work out this way.</p>
<p>Society as a whole is not very supportive of any one individual.  Don’t we owe it to ourselves to support ourselves?  Why not try and set up achievable goals.  You will be amazed at how much better you feel about yourself when you say, “I said I was going to do it, and I did.”  And suddenly things you never thought were possible are not only a reality but better!  How do I know? You may be asking yourself, well I have been applying everything in this post for the past year and a half  in many aspects of my life, including getting into shape, and here are my before and after pictures, see for yourself.  And so until next time, remember, NEVER BLAST ALONE!!</p>
