Hey everyone it is Susan Moss here and it’s time for Susan’s Yoli Better Body Transformation Tip of the Day.
Today’s tip is plan out what your protein and lunches in advance. Really give it some thought, and make sure that you have food you are going to enjoy, and that will keep you satisfied. This helps guarantee that you mix it up, and don’t get bored or stuck feeling like you are dieting.
Have a mini omelet for your mid morning snack. Have a piece of poached salmon or grill up a chicken thigh for your late afternoon snack. Change it up, keep it interesting, and you will see how easy it really is to be on the Yoli Better Body Transoformation Challenge. I will be posting some other ideas and recipes in other posts and videos so always check back here.
