The reason I am in bed, is because todays tip has to do with sleeping. That’s right, sleeping. You need to get enough sleep on a daily basis. Sleep is essential to your body functioning properly, both on the outside and on the inside. Sleep affects everything in your waking life, from trying to concentrate on a project to being able to go out and start moving. This isn’t just about losing weight; this is about your life. Without enough sleep it is harder to do everything.
